Drew Banks

Director

Drew is the founder of the company and has been actively involved in property development since 1998. Having delivered a development portfolio of more than $5bn across a range of projects including land, mixed use and built form, Drew is responsible for the overall performance of the company with a key focus on strategic growth, product development and delivery. He has a Bachelor of Business (Property) and qualifications in Applied Finance Investment and Town Planning.

Drew is passionate about shaping places that respond to Australia’s diverse demographics and changing lifestyles.

Ly Mach

Director

With over 15 years of experience in town planning, acquisitions and property development, Ly is actively involved in the company’s everyday operations, capital raising and project marketing and sales. Ly holds a Bachelor of Arts (Urban & Regional Planning) and has qualifications in Project Management and Real Estate.

Ly has always been fascinated by what makes a successful place – from its local context and environment to infrastructure, land use and community life. Her urban planning background is the foundation for place creation, blending creative and technical disciplines.
